Description:	Knitting patterns use a language all their own and there is more to it than just understanding the abbreviations. Learn tricks for translating the language of knitting, clues for decoding the "secret messages" and hints for making educated guesses when nothing else seems to work. Students will gain experience locating key information and understanding the intention of real patterns as the class works through examples written in a variety of styles.
